Members Survey 2021
My thanks to the 291 Members who took the time to complete the survey. An excellent return rate of 43.0%which demonstrates an interest in the operation and management of our Club.
The survey results are attached in the undernoted links for your consideration along with a brief analysis of the results. Should you have any questions or wish to raise any issues, please do not hesitate to contact me.
There were 110 Members who offered comments, many of which were frank and to the point as you would expect. These Members will be contacted by Andrew McGregor, the General Manager, over the next few weeks to discuss the issues that were raised and take action as appropriate.
